To whom does the U.S. Constitution apply?

Does the U.S. Constitution apply to Africans?  Does it apply to Russians?  Does it apply to the British?  Does is apply to Venezuelans?  It’s easy to figure out to whom it applies, if you read it.  The first seven words of the first paragraph of the U.S. Constitution states, “We the People of the United States” and the last nine words of the first paragraph says, “…establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”  So, the U.S. Constitution is for “we the people” who are citizens of the United States of America.  That means the articles, sections, and amendments of the Constitution apply to “we the people” who are United States Citizens.  You can’t just delve into the Constitution and pick out different things and apply them, ignoring the very first paragraph of the document. 

 

NPR’s headline reads, “Trump wants to end birthright citizenship.” CBS writes “What is birthright citizenship, and can Trump end the constitutional right in the U.S.?”  CNN writes, “What the 14th Amendment says about the birthright citizenship.”  CNN clearly shows the level of ignorance of these propaganda news agencies for while it shows the 14th Amendment, it forgets to mention the first paragraph of the document.   

 

Let’s read the 14th Amendment Section 1:  

 

“All persons born or naturalized [foreign person who legally acquired citizenship] in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” 

 

To whom does this amendment apply?  Does it apply to Africans?  Does it apply to Venezuelans?  It applies to “we the people of the United States of America.”  This is talking about United States citizens having children.  Their children are also United States citizens.  You would think that you would not have to write this down, but if a liberal Marxist is in the room, you better write it in triplicate.   

 

So, does the U.S. Constitution apply to people who have entered our country illegally and are not citizens of the United States?  The answer is, “no.”  Those people have no rights under the U.S. Constitution.  This is what Trump is trying to communicate.  There is no “birthright citizenship” for non-U.S. citizens for the Constitution only applies to U.S. citizens.   

 

That is why it’s so amazing that two federal “judges” have put up blocks to President Trump’s order concerning birthright citizenship.  These judges claim birthright citizenship is an “Unequivocal Constitutional right.”  Well, the judges are correct in that birthright citizenship is an “unequivocal Constitutional right,” but it is for “we the people of the United States of America.”  You would think a federal “judge” would read the Constitution, including the first paragraph for the first paragraph sets up to what the rest of the document is pertaining. 

 

Maybe before federal judges and all politicians are appointed, it should be required they read the founding documents of the United States and must pass a test with questions like, “U.S. Constitutional Rights are for whom? A. American citizens, B. illegal immigrants, C. Everyone in the world, D. No one in the world, or E. Space Aliens.”  If they cannot pass with 100% score, they shouldn’t be allowed in office. 

 

Let’s talk about some other aspects of the Constitution like Article 4 Section 4, which states: 

 

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” 

 

With 13 million illegal immigrants entering the country under the Biden administration, that is an invasion, yet “all Senate” democrats voted for using taxpayer funds to fly illegal immigrants to U.S. towns.  Doing so, Senate democrats didn’t abide by their sworn allegiance to uphold the U.S. Constitution.  

 

Now let’s look at Article 3 Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, which says: 

 

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving Aid and Comfort.” 

 

Illegal immigrants who have entered the United States have come from all over the world, including countries hostile to the United States.  Flying illegal immigrants all over the country and putting them up in hotels, all at taxpayer expense, doesn’t that seem like that is “giving aid and comfort” to our country’s enemies, who have broken our laws — at least once — by entering the country illegally? 

 

Concerning people contributing to these actions, are they guilty of treason, according to the Constitution? 

 

I know some say, these are all dreamers, not our enemies.  Well, what about the Chinese illegal immigrant arrested after driving onto a military base, or the Jordanian illegal immigrants who attempted to breach Marine Corp Base, Quantico, or the Mexican illegal immigrant who breached Laughlin Air Force Base?  These are three of many.  U.S. Fleet Command Commander Admiral Daryl Caudle stated, “This thing of our military bases getting penetrated by foreign nationals is happening more and more.  This is something we see probably two or three times a week, where we’re stopping these folks at the gate.” 

 

So, when someone aids an illegal immigrant into the country, who then tries to penetrate our military bases, surely at that point, whoever aided and comforted this illegal immigrant should be guilty of adhering to an enemy and thus, is guilty of treason. 

 

Well, maybe we all need to read and study our Constitution, including the first paragraph.  If we determine some people are guilty of treason and they are tried and convicted, El Salvador’s president has offered to imprison them for us.  That’s a great idea.  Their prisons don’t look like nice places.  Their prisoners sleep on cramped metal shelves packed in like sardines.  You don’t get to work out in the gym, play basketball and watch soap operas.  El Salvador wants prison to be a deterrent to crime.  What a novel thought. 

 

It’s time for people to read the Constitution.
