Rep. Eli Cane (R-AZ) has introduced articles of impeachment against Southern District of New York Judge Paul Engelmayer, an Obama appointee.  This “judge” wrote a four-page ruling that “forbade all political appointees, including the Treasury Secretary from accessing Department of Treasury data,”  going against the will of 77 million voting citizens of the United States of America and shutting down the audit of Treasury Department payment system.  Trump’s lawyers “weren’t allowed to argue, they weren’t even in the room,” when this ruling was made.

Congress must impeach activist judges in order to advance President Trump’s agenda.  Federal judges can be removed through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction in the Senate. With republicans having the majority in the House and Senate this action could pass.

Jesse Watters explained that what has been happening is a shell game of taxpayer’s money.  “Here’s how the shell game works.  You get taxed.  Congress sends your money to a federal agency.  The agency sends it to a democrat nonprofit.  The nonprofit president takes a fat salary and sends some of it to a subcontractor and donates the rest to the democrats.”  Watters began reading postings from DOGE on X like, “today, the Department of Education terminated 89 contracts worth $881 million.  One contractor was paid 1.5 million to observe “mailing and clerical operations” at a mail center.  Today, the Department of Education terminated 29 DEI training grants totaling $101 million.”  Watters stated, that means over 3.5 million each.  What did they do?  Watch a video or have an hour of HR talk?  DOGE on X states, “One sought to train teachers to ‘help students understand/interrogate the complex histories involved in oppression, and help students recognize areas of privilege and power on an individual and collective basis.’”  DOGE on X states, “the Department of Agriculture terminated 18 contracts for a total of about $9 million, including contracts for ‘Central America gender assessment consultant services,’ ‘Brazil forest and gender consultant services,’ and the ‘women in forest carbon initiative membership program’.”  Reading further Watters found, “$17 million to give tax policy advice to Liberia.”  So, $17 million was spent to help Liberians do their taxes.  Watters pointed out, that the U.S. National Science Foundation received $100,000 to study snapping your fingers and discovered, “[V]arying degrees of friction altar the elastic performance of a snap,” publishing their results November 29, 2021.  Also, $2 million was spent on a military project that forced soldiers to talk to cartoons, but not just any cartoons, DEI cartoons.

Then there’s the $310 million USAID gifted to Hamas for the cement factory used to build the Gaza terror tunnels.

Because of an audit of these types of findings democratic “lawmakers” are shouting, “Shut the down the city!  We are at war!” at a rally in Washington, DC.

Other district court activist judges are also attacking the Trump administration.  District Court Judge Angel Kelley of Massachusetts, appointed by Joe Biden boasting “DEI was a factor in her appointment,” allowed a restraining order against National Institute of Health (NIH) funding cuts.  The Trump administration, trying to slash waste, capped things like “overhead” expenses at 15% on university research.  Judge Kelley stepped in on their behalf.  Judge Kelley has a history of controversial decisions.

District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the District of Columbia reinstated the fired head of the Office of the Special Counsel, Hampton Dellinger, a Biden appointee.  She has a record partisan attacks on President Trump and other republicans.  She presided over numerous January 6 U.S. Capitol riot cases and presided over the Russian collusion case. She was appointed by Barack Obama.

District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of New York, a Bill Clinton appointee, stood against Trump’s efforts to cut government waste by blocking DOGE from “obtaining access to certain Treasury Department payment records” including 90% of federal payments.  She sentenced seven pro-life activists to federal prison, including a dying 77 year-old woman to prison.  Kotelly told the woman “make every effort to stay alive” as part of the “tenets of your religion,”

District Court Judge George O’Toole Jr. of Massachusetts, nominated by Bill Clinton, blocked Trump’s federal employee buyout plan, even after 65,000 federal workers had taken the offer.  He also blocked the transfer of trans women (biological men) to men’s prison in direct violation of Trump’s executive order declaring “two sexes.”

District Court Judge Kenneth J. Gonzales of New Mexico, a Barack Obama appointee, blocked deportations of Venezuelan criminals to Guantanamo Bay.  He also has a history of political position contrary to the MAGA worldview.

The salary of a district judge is $247,400 and they have a lifetime appointment.  They make almost 4X the salary of the average American, yet their income is taken out of the wages of the average American taxpayer.  If all seven activist judges were impeached, Congress would save the American taxpayer $1,731,800.
